You’re one of my favourite photographers. Do you edit your photos?

  4. Joshua Longbrake @ June 25th, 2009 at 2:15 am:

All these photos are film on my Hasselblad. I tend not to edit most of my film because what I love most is the authenticity. Nothing wrong with digital or editing. To each their own. I do my fair share of editing digital shots, but these are basically untouched. I simply scan and remove dust.

love the gloomy feel. love the ‘centred’ look.
    oh hello obama!

That third one from the top is just spectacular.

Also, there is a question that has been nagging me. Do you process your own film?

Do most neighborhoods in Seattle look like the second photograph? I’ve never been outside of the Nashville, TN area, so I have no idea what the world looks like.

These photos are interesting. Usually pictures of Seattle don’t look that good to me. They are like post card photo’s. Kind of boring. These are just neat.
